an available Market Zone, your company must meet the following
criteria:

Your company must be independently owned
and not part of a national company or franchise. |

You must be fully
licensed and insured. (Proof required) |

You must agree to the
Terms Of Service (TOS)
and Code Of Ethics (COE)
of EasyGreenz™ and Interiorplantscaper.com |

5 |
We encourage you to
purchase containers for your EasyGreenz™ program exclusively from
our
APPROVED CONTAINER VENDORS
as they have agreed to
ship small quantities specifically tailored to the EasyGreenz™
program levels. |
