 Interiorplantscaping
is both an art and a science.
On the art side, the
professional Interiorplantscaper will:
Design an installation that
complements and enhances the interior architecture of your space.
Create an installation that will not
impede upon workflow or inhibit efficiency.
Create a design that packs maximum
foliage impact while using a minimum of floor, work and transaction spacechoosing
among perimeter and out of the way floor locations, file and binder bin tops, and very
effectively, panel divider tops.
On the science side, the
Interiorplantscaper will:
Choose plants that will thrive under
the specific conditions of your space. Some spaces may have low humidity, low light
conditions that will require careful foliage selection.
Choose plants that have been
shade-grown and/or subsequently pre-treated to survive in a difficult, low-light
environment.
Pre-treat all plant material at their
own facility prior to installing at your location.
Transport the plant material to your
site in a manner that safeguards it from weather and shipping damage.
Choose containers that complement
existing or proposed furnishings, while maximizing the use of floor space.
Install all the plants; clean, prune
and freshen them to look their best; top-dress the containers wit attractive natural
material; and do all that at a time and in a manner that creates the least disruption of
your operation.
Maintain all plants and installations
in "like-new" condition. Interiorplantscapers typically require a minimum one
year contract commitment.
